1:1 Resilience Coaching

Individual coaching is a 60-minute session where we focus on moving through whatever is holding you back. Whether it’s ending people-pleasing behaviors, high anxiety, overperforming, or imposter syndrome, we can work together to help you get out of your own way and build your resilience.

All sessions are 100% confidential and we can talk about anything. My goal is to help you reconnect with your resourcefulness and sense of possibilities. I’m also available between sessions with email support.

You may purchase a single session or a block of sessions.

  • Simple changes can usually be addressed in 1-3 sessions.

  • Larger behavior transformations can take anywhere from 3-6 months, depending on the complexity of the change, the pervasiveness of the behavior, and how much time you choose to dedicate to this work.
